What we do
SoLi intends to develop engaging and inclusive skill training programs. We will provide flexible programs to meet the time, gender, and disability challenges of potential trainees.
We will link digital training programs to national strategies, such as SDGs and capacity-building policies. We need this to gain support from partners such as policymakers, educational and training institutions, and development organizations.
We will strive to learn from other people and adapt our programs as they progress. We recognize that listening to feedback, comments, and suggestions will increase engagement, attendance, and impact. For that matter, we will make every effort to access relevant knowledge produced by key local, regional, and global experts on vocational education and training.
We don’t expect our trainees to gain expert digital skills only through our programs. Rather, we want to raise awareness and make young people feel confident enough to try innovative ways of empowering themselves. As such, we focus our sessions on building confidence by using small group discussions, fun and practical exercises, and easy-to-follow tips.
